RainingOnMe

My happiness turned to sadness when I received my Red And Blue CD that I won, to find out its fake. It isn't the CD that was in the auction pictures.

The seller kept trying to tell me that it's real.

They then told me just now that it's a "semi-official bootleg" and that they will not give me a penny until I give it back to him. So, I broke the ****ing disc in half.

You should just report it to eBay. I was sold a fake Marina and the Diamonds promo CD, and opened a case about it being fake. I never returned the item, but eBay payed me back every penny.

Seriously?

Every time I opened a fake item case they've made me return the item back to the seller... not this time ****ers. :wtf:

They were like.. "in order to receive a full refund, please return the item back to the sender." :wtf:

Can you tell me exactly what you did to get a refund?

Can you tell me exactly what you did to get a refund?

I reported the guy, issued a refund case with eBay and sent pictures of real and fake copies of the promo CD and showed them how mine CLEARLY was a fake piece of crap. And I thought all hope was lost, because the guy who sold it to me sent me this:

"we have reviewed your request and in this situation we are unable to refund you on this item. the information you have give us is invalid and the item was not returned."

..and I was kinda "ugghhh" and pissed, so I just silently told myself that he was an asshole.

AND THEN, 3 days later, I got an email from [email protected]:

"Refund in your eBay dispute case

Dear Robin,

eBay ruled in your favour in your dispute case about your purchase from K____ F____, and a full refund of 25,00 GBP was sent to your PayPal account.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be received in your account. eBay will then consider the dispute closed. If you have any questions, please go to the eBay Resolution Centre."

Thank you.

They keep harassing me saying that they "can't wait to send everything they've written to PayPal".

Why is there not A NY THING on eBay? I feel like the only interesting auctions in the past months have been my own :laughga: Like, whenever something rare pops up for sale the starting price is always already way too overpriced. Like now there is Telephone promo with 99€ starting price :saladga: I always put 0.99 start price, that catches more potential buyers cat2.png

Like, why do i use the word 'like' so much, like always? Like i was like a fool or something like that

I just bought a Just Dance Japanese tri-fold promo for $115.

The seller had it listed as $150 4 months ago. I was sure someone would buy it, but when I saw the seller relisted it as $115 I went for ha. And the best thing is that it's 100% real, GagaFrontRow has one

But I'm still struggling to get my money back from the red and blue scammer.

So beautiful

Also, my Dirty Rich promo EP arrived and it's perfect  it still has the contact info on the back of the CD  I always thought it was a jewel case for some reason, it's a slimline case like the one Red And Blue was situated in.
