'Perfect Illusion' makes history as one of most added radio songs

Lady Gaga's "Perfect Illusion" easily -- and predictably -- tops this week's pop radio add board.

“Perfect Illusion” is a new Lady Gaga single.

One should experience absolutely no shock, therefore, in learning that “Perfect Illusion” ranks as pop radio’s most added song.

The single received adds from a whopping 149 Mediabase-monitored pop stations in conjunction with this week’s official impact.

Instant support from the iHeartMedia network contributed handsomely to that count, but “Perfect Illusion” was also added by a great many non-iHeart stations, including several in the Top 5 markets.

The 149 figure, which is one of the 10 greatest single add board totals in Mediabase Top 40 history, tops that of the next-most added song by a factor of more than 6.

Girl it's the most added song not the most played song. It's still going to take about 4+ weeks to even be in the T10.
