Can you believe that Lady Gaga had never headlined a stadium show in the United States? That is, until last night, when she brought her acclaimed Joanne World Tour to San Francisco. The superstar took the stage at the AT&T Park to perform songs from her latest album Joanne, as well as old hits, for over 42,000 fans during a sold-out show on Sunday night. The San Francisco Giants home stadium was transformed from a baseball field into a concert venue with giant screens showing all the action.
"I've been singing and writings songs for you for a long time. For ten whole years I have travelled the world and I have played stadiums. But I have never played a stadium in my home United States," Gaga told the crowd. "Thank you for this honor so I can go home to my friends in New York City and say A-YO!"
