Gaga only has one flop which still went top 40: MTN. GUY rose on the charts because of the video, a labour of love Gaga did for her monsters. It wasn't meant as a single. We have 2 top 10 singles, a top 20 single, and a top 40 single this era. Slay.

I'm very happy for u, it seems that u are not wasting ur free time. I do hope that now, after putting so much effort into this, that u are proud of urself. Should I give u a big round of applause, here  :applause:  continue putting ur input and contribution to the society.

i thought everything hagdonna/flopga said was true!

That usually makes a new single move SLOWER, not FASTER like it did with BD. Having a song in the top 3 and a FOURTH single barreling up the charts at breakneck speed just doesn't happen! (well, except for one person)

Roll outs for singles can come in a million different ways. Many don't have lyrics videos, many videos come out the day or week of release and some even before the release. Interviews are done at radio stations and it doesn't matter when they are done. They are pay for radio play and oftentimes, due to schedules or tours, they are done before the payback is in motion. The add date doesn't matter either. An add date can be the day of release, a week, two weeks, four weeks later or a song can never have one.

There is nothing right or wrong about any of the above approaches...I've seen all of them fail and I've seen all of them produce a successful single. There isn't a perfect blueprint to go by or a perfect rollout plan that works the majority of the time. It really is a toss up!

Radios play what they want to play!

We know that from time to time radios have favorites. Its not different with Katy. She knows how to keep them close. Good for her. Its bad that she seems that the public doesnt eat so easily everything she puts out and gets played by radio. Unconditionally and Birthday show that.

The one that choosed to approach GUY how it did should take a step back. People experience with strategies. When they succed, they deserve the applause. When not, they deserve the bill. :toofunny:

It's so draining and it really does affect my mood. When Gaga is doing well it makes me happy. The thing that frustrates me the most is that all these Gaga haters got mostly what they wanted and very undervedly so. I am just waiting for something to happen to shut them up.

I'm the exact same! Whenever I see the negative radio update my mood is dowb
