It just happened some countries credited Ke$ha while the HOT 100 chart didn't. If I remember correctly, the reason behind that was because Dr. Luke, the producer of the song, wanted to launch Ke$ha's own career via Tik Tok, and not just with a Flo Rida song. And it's been the first for a very long time. Now, I couldn't stop listening. It just made me remember 2009, which was one of the best years in music.
