She didnt even promote the song with a live performance until now and she had many opportunities. Its clear that they dont want to rush it. This! Stop saying Uncon. is underperforming It will slay...I would be very surprised if it doesnt hit #1. GP is still unaware of it. She should've released Dark Horse to compete with Rose. Especially because its around Halloween. How stupid It's not underperforming, Capitol probably wanted it to have a slow start and amazing longetivity. That's how a lot of smash hits start. I'm just talking **** but I do feel like DH should've been the next single A song like Dark Horse doesn't sell albums as well as a song like Unconditionally, Capitol and Dr. Luke have studied the industry for years and years and that's why Katy probably has much smarter single choices, videos, promo, etc. over Gaga with Interscope. Roar is still too strong, so I guess they want it to fall a bit from charts because it might overshadow the new single. Prism may be a little bit underperforming but everyone knows she's rather a single-seller, but after all she still sells many albums. Dark Horse is a smash. Too bad she hasn't released it as a second single. I hope for Legendary Lovers, Birthday or This is How We Do for the 3rd one!!! And all this mess with DWUW... Interscope probably swims in the money with no promo for Madonna, Gaga and Eminem yet HUGE sales, tour gross while Capitol is spending so much time and effort into Katy. Like there was no need for them to have Katy perform Roar in the past 3 weeks, she could've performed Walking on Air and Unconditionally so much better tbh.
