I still remember reading about Gaga saying one day she went into her garage back when she lived in Chicago with Taylor and fans were just… in her garage???

It’s not even just a-list women. These days if you’re a very visibly online woman and get even a minuscule amount of a straight male audience… you’re bound to get a stalker. It’s actually so ridiculous.

Yeah. Quite a few streamers, women, have said that they have a stalker and how police basically doesn't do anything. Also, there's been stories, like just a regular person minding their own business, and they get a stalker. And, again, they don't really get any help from police. It is insane.

I vaguely remember her saying this was around the holiday season because she offered them Thanksgiving leftovers(?) and that there were like 20 people inside the garage. :duck:

Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

As if a restraining order would actually protect anyone against a mentally ill stalker lmao it's a ****ing piece of paper it offers zero protections

It actually gives legal protections enabling law enforcement to take pre-emptive and pro-active actions to keep someone safe (which they actually do for the wealthy).

Otherwise, in most situations law enforcement are unable to actually detain the individual (unless they commit other crimes).
