I think the Chromatica era is more than just music videos. It's about kindness, radical acceptance, and the tenacity of the human spirit.

Personally, the inauguration anthem was a part of the Chromatica "era", along with the support for BLM. 

Just depends on how you look at it / how you discipline your expectations.

Chromatica can come back, and we know Bloodpop + the gang were working on stuff, most likely to do with Chromatica part two with the other versions of songs. And remember that Hollywood reporter gossip Instagram page that has gotten everything right? He said that something was coming in May, and I doubt it was C3C he was meaning.

Blood even mentioned in his statement that him and SOPHIE were finishing a song last week. I think there is a good chance it was one of the songs Gaga did with her for Chromatica. Rumors were Grammy timed re-release. We have been told Haus Labs WOULD be released and that the SOPHIE tracks would be released. It really seems they were just waiting for the pandemic to be on the decline before doing the re-release. If not for the album being announced for such a close release and having a single out and the pandemic hitting - I honestly believe she would have with held the album until post COVID. It is tricky and can feel disingenuous  releasing pop music in a pandemic when millions are dying - over 100,000,000 at this point. (Especially when she has been such a staunch supporter of following guidelines and taking the virus seriously.)

I think she wrote the Replay lyrics because it relates to the photo. Literally bleeding chromatica scars on her mind  In the SC photo was the reason for the caption?

In December she obviously knew the fans were suspecting SC. It was all over Twitter and her IG comments. If there was no video in the works would she really be that cruel to tease us knowing that we were all thinking it was coming?  I think she was slyly confirming the rumors.

Yeah I know. It still doesn't make sense, especially when a lyric video was released for Sour Candy. If she wanted Sour Candy to be a thing, a video would have been released in June. I don't think it was meant to be a big thing, which is ashame because the song really had potential to be huge.

There doesn't always have to be a reason, and its not even too far fetched to say that she was teasing Oreos   if a visual was coming, wouldn't we have seen her filming something? Wouldn't we have seen her do something, or Blackpink teasing something?

well it was may...COVID was at its peak and many studios were closed and considering the fact that they are from different country..At the beginning with all the teasing and so on I also believed that sc is coming but at this point I gave up...The lavender hair could be for HL campaign(a skincare as she mentioned)...We haven seen her filming the 911 or VMAS so the fact that we don’t see her doing smth doesn’t mean she’s not...Look how the jazz album was made behind the scenes although we heard rumours about it it will be strange for her to jump in one year from Jazz to pop again and the “bloodpop said this and that” isn’t a solid proof that they gonna release the supposed SOPHIE tracks and other songs(I mean the tragic news could affect her)..The chromatica ep could be ACT II all over again

Blood also mentioned they were doing projects with SOPHIE. But Chromatica was more than just one producer, and we already know that there are other versions of the tracks like Babylon for example. 

My guess is that they were wanting to drag out the era as much as possible so that she can still perform the album in stadiums on tour, but Covid is likely to be here for some time yet. I don’t know if there was any truth to a re-release in March but I definitely think something like that is happening for around the same time as what Chromatica was meat to be released. It would be the best way to continue the era on, and hopefully give us stuff this era. I think her silence is intentional and she is doing something behind the scenes.

Which is why we expected so much more from her. The basic thing to do now is a Tiny Desk concert, or an animated video. But she's Gaga and could have gone the extra mile.

Well we knew C3C was coming since 2018... she was recording 3 albums that year - finishing ASIB, starting Chromatica, and recording C3C. We didn't know when the Jazz album was coming but we did know they recorded it

I'm just so greatful I get to experience an album like Chromatica as a young adult. It felt like coming full circle from listening to Born This Way in my teenage years. Both my favorite projects, with crazy aesthetics and relatable lyrics. 

While I'm upset things didn't turn out the way they were planned, I'm glad that she still gave us great visuals and managed to leave her print by helping others during the past year.

But wasn't that because BP was seen rehearsing SC for their virtual performance? It still doesn't mean anything though. Like its February now and if she did "confirm" rumours then we'd be watching the video by now   she wouldn't tease something and not bother with it. It was most likely for the Oreos lmao
