Hmmm maybe check out cruel youth?

Same chords as Creep by Radiohead so maybe she'll get a lawsuit too and it's even more like Lana :giveup:

I second, came in here to say the same! I think both of her albums are immaculate and she's definitely worth following imo, she serves music and looks.

Also came to say this!! Isolation has been my favorite debut album in a long time

:O thanks for introducing Fløre! I'm two songs in her latest EP and I'm already a fan:bradley:

that makes me so happy :) for you and for her, she's genuinely nice.

I wonder if someone is gonna dig into Hako Yamasaki too now... :reductive::huntyga:

Might sound weird, but since you’re into old music I’d suggest Edith Piaf (French songstress with an iconic voice and tons of drama). They touch on similar themes of love, loss and sorrow. I always say Lana reminds me of a modern day Edith, if Edith sang about cocaine lol.

Lona Delery

Kalafina was a J-Pop girlgroup and theyve got a lot of orchestral productions too. I always thought Lana and their producer should collab tbh

a lot of their songs got choirs as backing vox

other than that, i'd say Weyes Blood is kind of lana-esque but more her NFR/UV era music

Julee Cruise's Floating Into The Night could also be worth checking out if you like Lana

Poltergeist

Now I don't find them as similar as I used to when I discovered Nicole, but if you like Lana's older music, I think you could love her!

And a darker one

I've been getting messages from my deep waters

You should check out Bat For Lashes! She's extremely talented and creative. 'The Bride' and 'The Haunted Man' are her most Lana-esque records, although BFL's career started in 2006. Here are some of her tracks I'd suggest you to listen to:

Came here to post this, she’s so underrated. Some Lana-esque tracks;

Thank you sooo much to all of you for taking the time to replay and recommend me all these great artists that you all believe in. I am pleasantly overwhelmed by how much music there is out there that by your sayings seems to fit my description, and I cannot wait to check out each and every artist you have suggested. Also thank you for making it easier for me to discover them by leaving links to all the songs. Thank you so much again, I can’t wait to get in my feels tonight! :heart:
