Fresco 1,688 Posted August 23, 2020 Share Posted August 23, 2020 Let's be clear. Sending in multiple mail-in ballots does not cast multiple votes. An in-person, election day vote is used if present. After election day, mail-in ballots are processed. There is a physical roll book of names and addresses. In-person voters sign the roll. When mail-in ballots are processed, only 1 vote is allowed per person on the registered voter roll. Any extra ballots would be thrown out. The outside envelope of mail-in ballots are required to have name, address and signature that exactly, to the letter, matches the name of a registered voter in the registered voter roll book.
