did you read the exchange?

someone said that protests have accomplished nothing, and i agreed and gave my opinion as to why. i didn’t comment on the driver or their race. try again.

You saying “the protests aren’t working cause the US is all white people” on a thread about a black guy running his car through protestors kind of invalidates your little argument. Clearly it’s not only “white” people. Not to mention BLM is now the largest movement in US history, clearly it IS working but you just wanna continue condemning white people because of our political climate. You tried to turn this situation into a race issue but it didn’t work.

You realize the guy himself is black, right? Or are you gonna double down on your little “white people are horrible!” argument?

You realize there are Black people who are racist against other Black people right? WSU is redneck, in a super conservative area, and almost everyone I know who went there (which is a LOT) is pretty right wing, and BLM has become political

My “little argument” oh wow you trying to be a condescending little brat sure showed me

I mean, agreeing with right wing politicians means that at the very least, racism isn’t a deal breaker for you, so it kind of does

Same goes with Democrats and who they support..

Most people are not political and dont follow politicians or care.

Based on ur argument, then everyone who voted for Biden is a racist right?

What im saying is the system is so bad it does not represent the voters. People are put into situations where they have no choice but to vote for the "lesser of two evils". Which is why Democrats and Republicans end up voting for racists, rapists, sexists, pedophiles, islamophobes, war criminals..

I have an issue with how obsessed people are on here with pretending that the US is the worst country in the world... the comment you quoted basically said it was the only country that doesn’t listen to protesters? Are we really that ignorant?

So ironic that we had a black guy as our own president for 8 years, we currently have the most racially diverse Congress in America than ever before, more black people in the House of Representatives than ever before, etc. yet because Trump won an election (which he didn’t even win in popularity) (and is currently having a lower than average presidential approval rating) it’s convenient for everyone to go back to being anti-American and supporting of pushing this racist and only moving backwards image of America like you just did.

I still have hope for this country because unlike most on here I value the big picture. My mom is a recent immigrant from Colombia and I’m glad I live here. My family in Colombia just had their house robbed from some gang that is known for raping and murdering their victims (thank god my family wasn’t at the house at the time) so yeah, I get a bit frustrated by the fact that so many people on here target the US as some hellhole because our faults are alway blown up on the news, while y’all force yourself to ignore the issues in other countries and paint them as havens that could beat the US any day. I’m proud of our country not becuase there’s racism and sexism and crime (like every other country) but becuase we continue to learn from our mistakes and contrary to what the media wants to show we are progressing. I can’t wait until we get that orange out of office and his whole KKK gang so they can stop painting this picture that most Americans are like that. Im ready to see real Americans represented.

*sigh*

Here we go again. I have to put another name on the ol' dusty register of Top Racists of GGD

Here I thought I was done with the list :ohwell:

So long ggd, it was nice while it lasted.

i’m going to break your post down.

basically said it was the only country that doesn’t listen to protesters? Are we really that ignorant?

black people have been protesting for their basic human rights for generations. sure there has been some progress made, but you can’t say that they have achieved equality, and they haven’t. that’s what i said.

So ironic that we had a black guy as our own president for 8 years

and people were pissed with that and called him every racist name in the book.

it’s convenient for everyone to go back to being anti-American

i’m anti whatever country that doesn’t treat everyone like a human being.

paint them as havens that could beat the US any day

ive never said anything about any other country. i never said any other country was better or worse than the US. but seeing as i live in the US i find it prudent to point out the problems with where i’ve lived all of my life.

but becuase we continue to learn from our mistakes

really? is that why we have children locked up in cages right now? didn’t we learn anything with japanese internment camps? we haven’t learned.
