That's still prolonged exposure with other people who are most likely laughing, shouting and sharing food. I still won't take the risk.

As expected, the TTC is too lenient in their enforcement and too many people suddenly having "underlying medical conditions" that prevent them from wearing masks.

I'm telling you I work with doctors, there are very very few medical conditions that prevent wearing masks. Even asthmatics and people with COPD and Cystic fibrosis are still encouraged to wear masks. And if their condition is that bad then all the more reason for them to stay away from crowded areas and limit contact with the public.
