well for example theres an italian politician still on quarantine because he still results positive after two months. IT's not like he's sick, but the virus "lives" inside him..

The problem is really that the viruses in the semen fluid could be dormant for 6 months after you have been infected with Corona, because the immune system cannot fight the virus in the semen fluid. You could be healthy and cured, but still spread the disease to other people through sexual intercourse for half a year or even more.

That’s from the same article. Nothing to get completely paranoid over. You should still be practicing safety measures, but again evidence of the virus doesn’t mean infectious. Same article also said they have to prove that it can be transmitted sexually.
