The album is done and sent to the label, the lead single was released and some MVs are ready. She can't scrap anything. 

Well according to some people, she may already be re-thinking the theme/ look of the album. 
Gaga has never been consistent with her albums. 
I for one won’t be surprised if Chromatica ends in the same pile as the original LG5

Can we please, please, please not make up entire scenarios about the behind-the-scenes of Chromatica and its concept.

So many times this fanbase has taken small snippets of legit information about cancelled ideas, or even just someone's opinion, and run with them - blowing things way out of proportion and often making things up in their own heads. 

Yes I know there are totally provable instances where things have been scrapped, but Monsters often create their own dialogue about what happened and use it to trash what she releases if they don't like it. It always ends up with fans saying the original idea would have been better, when they have no idea what the original ideas were or what scrapped songs sounded like. It's always hearsay. 

The Chromatica cover could be exactly the same as it always was, but now some stranger on the internet has said they might have changed it so Monsters who don't like the final result will say it's because she scrapped the original. They'll believe it to have been much better/out of this world/unbelievable without ever having seen it and no proof it changed (unless she confirms it). There is nothing remotely insensitive about the Paper shoot, nor the concept of fighting teams and finding peace with one another. Let's (collectively) not take the information about the word 'tribes' and turn it into this story that she's scrapped an entire concept.

I don't mean to be having a go at you speficially @OMonster, and you could be right on the money with the information you've shared! I'm more talking about the people who are fuelled by things like this and channel it as hate towards Gaga. I know it's fun to discuss what might be going on, but some fans take the information and become really nasty and toxic.

Sorry, but this is totally out of context. 

As @OMonster said, she's changing some thing about the Chromatica meaning and the tribes, even Admin said that. Nothing will be scrapped. Not this time.

Well I hope not. I appreciate that this may not have been her decision. But it’s obvious that the decision is based mostly on Money. 
 

I can’t understand how other artists are releasing and she’s not. Especially after always mentioning it’s all about her Art/ The Music (and that this album is about love/ unity)

I hate that ever since ARTPOP Gaga completely changed her conviction as an artist, wanting to change her album cover because she's fearing it would be "insensitive" is just plain stupid, just like her changing the tribe thing. Why do it now a month later after the MV release? Is her team really that bad that they said "You know Gaga, you should change how we address the tribes because now it might be insensitive"?  Why did they think that NOW and not before, while they were discussing the concepts and everything? I'm sl frustrated ngl, I hooe she sticks to her vision and gives us what she wanted to deliver, not change it because of political correctness

I mean, I agree. I don't think she should change it at all. I'm just trying to have an interesting conversation
