I thought it was very sweet, I think it really shows that she genuinely appreciates recognition for her work, no matter how "big" the award (or how old ). This could have been just a funny little story the host told, but Gaga took it seriously and really went all in, crying and giving a speech. Siena 6,281 Posted January 14, 2019 Share Posted January 14, 2019 I somewhat understand how the gp could think that she is being overdramatic during her speeches, but things like this make it clear that she is just genuinely thankful and humbled whenever she is recognized. I've never thought Gaga to be overly dramatic, I think she's genuine, just a very humble person. She realizes how fortunate she is to be in the position she is.
