Suitcase #3 was chosen, which means the following will be applied to Round 8... Spoiler ~ A double elimination will occur in Round 8. However, participants may vote via PM (please put it in the same PM as your rates for the round) which song can return to the competition of those already eliminated. More will be explained in the round announcement if this suitcase is chosen. More details regarding Round 8: Spoiler Like normal, choose your Top 3/ Bottom 3 songs for the Round. In the same PM, include the song you would like to return. Note: Your Top3/Bottom 3 CANNOT include the song you want to return. The returning song will come back into the competition as SAFE. This round will include a double elimination from the songs currently in the competition. After the two songs are eliminated, the chosen song will return to the competition. Submissions for Round 8 are NOW OPEN! They will be due tomorrow July 23 by 2 PM EDT (6PM UTC). The Round 8 ceremony will occur tomorrow July 23 around 2:30PM EDT (6:30PM UTC). Per the Suitcase Ceremony in Round 7, this round will consist of 2 eliminations as well as 1 song returning. The returning song will be announced after the winner has been chosen and eliminations have occurred. Then, the Suitcase Ceremony for Round 8 will commence.
