the constitution is the supreme law of the land, meaning that it's quite a rigid structure. amending it, however, is possible: with the supermajority of the supreme court justices.

37 states reject it

or

states that comprise 270 electorsl votes choose to follow the national vote in all cases.

Idk if it is true or not, this is my first time paying attention to American politics, but I wouldn't be surprised. Republicans are stuck in the past.

Bush won it when he ran for re-election in 2004 but the monumental craziness of the Iraq War helped with that.

I guess he/she meant the games before the SuperBowl were not acumulable, but it doesn't make sense to compare it with this either because this is not a series of games, it's a "one" day election.

He didn't. Al Gore won the popular vote in 2004. Bush was the last republican to win the popular in 1998.

Well people STILL don't use the internet to fully educate themselves and are fed almost entirely in lies by the media. For example, the latest lie I can think of is the widespread headline that Trump wont be scrapping Obamacare, which is a complete lie.

Trump said he would keep two little laws inside of ObamaCare which were limitations on existing health insurance companies and had nothing to do with ObamaCare itself, but the media created the lie that he's not scrapping it because that gets clicks.
