Fifth Harmony is facing a bit of backlash from Harmonizers after they cancelled their last five shows of the U.S. leg without explanation. Now, the ladies are under fire for allegedly collaborating with Dr. Luke on their lead 7/27 single “Work From Home.” In case you’ve been living under a rock, Dr. Luke is embroiled in a massive sexual assault lawsuit with singer Kesha, and refuses to let the songbird out of her recording contract which bars her from releasing new music outside of his label Kemosabe Records (she has since dropped her California lawsuit against Luke and submitted 28 songs to Sony for review to kickstart her comeback). Either way the damage is done, and Luke’s reputation will need major rehabbing if he wants his reputation to be detached from preying on young pop singers. This likeness to Fifth Harmony doesn’t sit well with their fans, and they’re not the only key pop players teaming up with the alleged rapist. Hits Daily Double is reporting Luke and or his team have taken part in Katy Perry’s forthcoming album project. They claim he “played a role in negotiating the deal between Perry and NBC” for her Olympics theme song “Rise,” which was produced by Max Martin
