They have unveiled the songs that they are going to regularly play for the next month or so and they have added britney's new hit single make me but have declined rise by Katy Perry! This is massive news for Brit. Radio is backing her for the first time in years since womanizer tbh if you don't count scream and shout. I've already heard make me on the radio 3 times and I dont even listen to radio much! Now the weird thing is Katy has had a good long relationship with capital fm she has appeared on numerous tv adverts for the station, performed at the capital summertime and jingle bell balls etc. Roar was basically capital fm in 2013. On Sunday they always do a chart update and they had to play rise because its in the chart update and what made me laugh was they said, well maybe its a grower as if they weren't impressed with the song and I was laughing my head off. Yeah rise has had 1 play on capital since release whilst make me has had 31 plays so far and is now on their playlist. As for katy, it is obvious that her team didn't pay the radio this time. This single is performing like a "normal katy", I mean a Katy Perry without payola.
