Maybe Act II isnt such a bad idea. Re-release with 10 new songs would be great.

It would push the album to 1,000,000 in the US and to 3,000,000 WW.

How the hell is a Katy non-single getting more airplay than Gaga's single with a high production video.

**** radios lol.

Katy officially announced it as a single so therefore they are beginning to spin it more

Gaga is Gaga :ohwell:

Then simply do a re-release, not a seperate act II.

Personnaly I think the numbers would be abysal for act II (probably half than Act 1) and she'll get drag even more than now about low sales/whatever bull****.

From 2011-2013, only 2 years, she had Born This Way, The Edge of Glory, and You and I.

Applause was a huge hit and Gaga is bigger than Ellie and A$AP

:what:

In 2013 Ellie blew up in the US and scored her first #1 in the UK

More people enjoy her than Gaga tbh

Even in 2011, Lights peaked at #2, becoming a sleeper hit and selling 4m+ copies

Let's also not forget "I Need Your Love" which also went Top 20

Don't discredit Ellie just yet

2013 was also a HUGE year for A$AP, as he scored his first #1 album, F*ckin' Problems peaked at #2 on the Rap chart and #8 on the Hot 100, and he's just begun thriving and building a fan base

it's not enough that more than 200m americans listen to Katy Perry every week but now her new single will start getting 1 - 2 m + updates while Gaga's single will be struggling to make 10m Ai :awkney: and it's not like Gaga did not do tons of interviews in the past 3 weeks hosted 2 top 40 countdowns and released a video for the single and already performed it on TV.

Why America always has to be the trainwreck :lana:

If songs included in Act 2 will represent a stand-alone and conceptually sophisticated material than the idea of re-release instead of separate work seems too obvious for the charts

Well at least she's had time to perfect Act II so it might be a good commercial release

actually that's maybe not that good thing .... when she has too much time she always tries to make things more and more perfect and that could end up sound like mess.... TFM was made for such short period and slays lives idk  I hust hope for she comes 10x stronger and confident like she was in the beginning and show them how is done ................ but then again i would prefer to flop with SLAYAGE to listen to .... then rock the charts with Prism :emma:

Well then we won't have the issues that are present with ARTPOP, such as slightly messy production in certain places, odd voices, improper autotune that isn't masked by the pitch correction software (G.U.Y. - "I know you'll wear my makeup well")

Hopefully she left the tracks to the producers and let the producers take the reign (probably not)
