Planned yes, shoot not But of course as usual gypsy stans are reintrepenting the truth how they like How ironic is this statement. Its true. We have only rumors, but lets believe the rumors that say that the video was shot before Gaga was leaving in her promotional tour. When Dwuw was release, she was leaving in Germany. Yes, it could still be the other way, but at the moment, the fact that she was doing something when she should have done it seems more probable and its something good.
