The situation is different, (Britney doesn't do promo because she can't perform well anymore, her latest Good Morning America were really sad) but I think that ARTPOP had a great promo, but the times were wrong especially in the USA... But all her performances were flawless, thing that I can't say about Katy Perry, even if she will sell more than Gaga in my opinion she will never have the same abilities and talents that Gaga have, like her presence on stage, and this for me is more important than sales :) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
