Luc 4,775
We got t he voice brazil but i can´t see somenone like Gaga performing on it tbh  Actually soap operas are definitely the biggest promotion that any artist could have here. what also explains the huge beyoncealbum power after IASF era Hmm, but like starring in a soap opera or singing in it or what? Luc 4,775
Damn, the ARTPOP promo this month is an exact copy of the I Am... Sasha Fierce promotion (but then less :megaflop: ) Wikipedia: "Promotion[edit] Knowles promoted the album through various televised appearances and awards ceremonies by performing songs featured on I Am... Sasha Fierce. Knowles first promoted "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" in a concert organized by the Power 105.1 radio station on October 29, 2008.[55] Knowles first performed "If I Were a Boy" on November 6, 2008, at the MTV Europe Music Awards.[56] She later sang "Single Ladies" on November 9, 2008, at the 2008 World Music Awards in Monaco.[57] She then took to the stage of The Oprah Winfrey Show to perform "If I Were a Boy" on November 13, 2008.[58] She appeared on television show Saturday Night Live (SNL) on November 15, 2008, where she sang "Single Ladies".[59] On November 16, 2008, Knowles sang a medley of "If I Were a Boy", "Single Ladies", and "Crazy in Love" during the final episode of Total Request Live.[60] "Single Ladies" was also performed by Knowles on November 18, 2008, at BET's 106 & Park,[61] at the 2008 American Music Awards on November 23, 2008.[62] on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on November 25, 2008,[63] on The Today Show the following day,[64] and on The Tyra Banks Show with two male dancers, on January 9, 2009.[65] Knowles' first live performance of "Halo" was at the 2009 NAACP Awards on February 12, 2009.[66] She later performed the song on the Late Show with David Letterman after an interview on April 22, 2009.[67] Knowles was due to perform "Sweet Dreams" at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards on September 13;[68] however, she only performed the bridge from the song at the beginning of her performance, before switching to "Single Ladies".[69] She later performed "Sweet Dreams" at the MTV Europe Music Awards on November 5, 2009.[70] She performed "If I Were a Boy" on January 31, 2010, at the 52nd Grammy Awards ceremony and also covered Alanis Morissette's 1995 song "You Oughta Know" on the same event.[71]"

It can actually rise to 9. Sadly, the next week it wont probably be. Diana and Unconditionally should enter top 10.

Blues 0
Unconditionally too? With so much competition? UC might go top 10 next week. The video is coming today, it depends how much it can boost the sales and how many views it gets.
Galactic Mess 1,393
Let's be honest, Gaga has a HUGE fanbase in Brazil so the sales will probably be very frontloaded. What she needs however is to promote a little bit there, Brazilians are very proud so she should learn a few words in Brazilian Portugese and do a performance somewhere - do you have any award show or talent competition which a lot of people watch? Ah yes, but the US is probably one of the more conservative western markets which could explain a lot. I really do think SNL, Ellen and perhaps Grammys/Jazz album/etc will help her a lot in the future, but she should really get a new PR team. They're ****ting on her more this week than ever before. Well, we do have The Voice Brasil, which has been quite successful since it began. Although I realize the sales will be very frontloaded, TFM and BTW have both sold around 100k, so I believe ARTPOP will reach that milestone quite easily. Bt1 5,213
Unconditionally too? With so much competition? Well, I suspect that the video will have a big impact. Anyway, streaming will do enough to go top 10.
Robert 253
Do you guys think Applause will be in the top 10 of Billboard this week too???
