Flanders is the north part of the country, they speak mostly Dutch there, while Vallonia is in the south, and they speak French. Flanders is the northern part of the country where Dutch is the main language and Wallonia is the southern part of the country where French is the main language. Flanders speaks the same language as the Netherlands, but they have a different accent and some vocabulary-related differences. Same goes for Wallonia and France. You will never please everyone.
