I can't believe how much Hot AC is already supporting Applause. That's pretty amazing - and seemingly the only good thing to come from the BTW era. Top 40, on the other hand, needs to get its **** together and start giving Applause the updates it deserves.

WMU used to have similar chart run but now its update are way bigger... mmmmmm, I really have no idea where Applause will end up ! But I'm extremely optimistic and the fact it's a slow climber is great to me, I always wanted Gaga to stop being a frontloaded seller. The biggest hit aren't frontloaded sellers.

Best Song Ever had like 340K plus Sales while Applause had 218K in its opening week. Still Applause is bound to outsell Best Song Ever. SEE IT IS BETTER NOT BE A FRONT LOADER UNLESS YOU'RE KATY! :)

Oh and BTW I don't know who's the mod here that thinks he's a god or something, but yesterday you closed an entire thread for 1 comment that wasn't "praising" Applause and you interpreted that as negativity/delusion or something. Well you need to stop. It gets ridiculous, it's a thread, we are here to talk about charts performance. I love the idea of the Chartflop thread and I agree it was out of control few weeks ago but you just cannot close a thread everytime someone get anxious. I think the thread is perfect now as it is, but that doesn't mean we will all stop worrying and post some negative comments once in a while. And the mods reaction was even worst than the actual user comment so that speaks for itself. There's a difference between flame bait/overreaction and negativity.
