Pop Art 1,773
During it's chart run (from when it was released to when Judas charted), Born This Way the song sold 2,216,533 digital copies. Let's see if we can beat that with Applause.
SomethingMore 1,701
Noooo Same Love ! You cant peak right now! You are about to enter top 10 on Billboard!
WarriorPrince 1
Seems like Same Love will peak at #11Β :( Only because of the streaming rule. It's youtube views are low considering the music video has been up for a long time before the re-release. But still they have had a great era with The Heist. Thrift Shop: ~ 9.5M WW Can't Hold Us: ~ 5.5M WW Same Love: ~ 1.5M WW (only a hit in the US, Canada, AUS and NZ) Β I have no idea how much The Heist sold WW but apparently around 2MΒ Β I think they should move on to the next album and accept a record deal already. Bad 32
I cannot describe how happy I am for this! Gaga will now be stealing the spotlight. Β Yes Β Hopefully Katy can keep Robin Thicke off #1 on iTunes. That way he'll lose some exposure for when Gaga takes over #1 Edited August 2, 2013 by Bad

Pure Adrenaline 1,518
Here's me perfect scenario: 12th Aug Kett releasing ROAR + getting it's iTunes banner + Radio deal + YT video(lyric+single)=> peaking on #2 on iTunes on it's debut week where the difference btw BL and Roar would be sth like 1.000, 0.896 with debut sales around 320k and due to streaming and radio peaking on H100 on #3/4(similar to 1D case with almost equal sales althought 1D would get more streaming Kett on the other side woud det more AI's)....and that would let BL to slow a bit down since trough the whole week iTunes would be all about Kett and Bl would be in her shadow. Β Then on 19th tnx to Kett BL wouldn't be weak but nor be strong as it's now. And Gaga releasing APPLAUSE the world going crazy + the YT video release + Audio deal + insane 1st 'whole week sale ... >> Gaga will end up debuting #1 and staying there....for a lot of time slaying all the basics....Β Β It's much more fun to have hizophrenia... u never get lonely

nick4bty 2,758
Roar will definitely overtake Blurred Lines on iTunes. The only reason BL is dominating by so much is because there's no strong competition to replace it with. So this is great news - Katy should be able to weaken BL, and Gaga should put the final nail in its coffin. If Britney is releasing this month as well, though would be even better. She's not a huge threat, but her fanbase is big enough to keep BL from rising back up.Β
