This is Miley's LEAD COMEBACK single we're talking about. They really need to release this song to pop radio.... It shot to number 1 on iTunes in a few hours which ( I think ) is the fastest rise to number 1 in 2013. It also sold 200,000 copies in the first week, after a 3 year hiatus and not a crazy amount of promo, I say that's very good. I still think it's better than TayTay's pizza deal. That's the lowest form of promotion I've ever witnessed.
