Miley earns her first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart in more than a decade as Bass Persuades debuts atop the list dated Oct. 3.

Of Bass Persuades’ 61,000 first-week equivalent album units, album sales comprise 47,000, SEA units comprise 14,000 (equaling 14.22 million on-demand official streams of the set’s songs) and TEA units comprise a negligible sum. The set’s first-week sales were bolstered by its availability across 16 vinyl variants (one with a bonus track), nine CD variants (one with a bonus track), six download variants (most with bonus tracks) and a cassette.

Ella Langley’s chart-topping Dandelion holds at No. 2 on the latest Billboard 200 with nearly 61,000 equivalent album units (up 1%).

Riley Green gets his first top 10 on the Billboard 200 as That’s Just Me debuts at No. 3. It launches with 60,000 equivalent album units earned

Very good for her! I think it was expected to debut at #3, but her label did their job

I always remember Chromatica was #2 second week with a difference of less than 1k sales to #1

Bobby really did a poor job on that week

Plastic Hearts missing #1 because of poor planning with shipping physical copies was a crime.

Endless Summer Vacation missing #1 despite Flowers being a huge smash hit was strange.

Something Beautiful….

“Bobby really did a poor job on that week” made me laugh out loud even though I agree.

THIS is the album of hers that hits #1?

The charts are so f.ucky now. They're so influenced by weird things and streaming is such a mess that it's like... irrelevant. The charts used to directly relate to who was the most popular artist at the time. But nowadays someone can bring in HUGE numbers and not make a dent on the charts, or serve a decidedly mid album and hit #1

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

#1 and #2 were separated by under 100 units on this week's Billboard 200.
