I’m sure she was on hard drugs and stuff, like I’m sure I once heard she was basically a heroin addict at one point.

Constant fights and drama with her label, who ultimately dropped her. It's unclear what's been actually going on for the past 13 years: of course entertainment can be a nasty business, but she seems like a bit of a handful herself. Her sophomore album has had two false starts, every silver lining is squashed by some brand new drama, it would be a running joke at this point if this weren't so depressing.

For what it's worth, the Wuthering Heights soundtrack does have a strong overall Sky feel. The Ancient Idols demo is out there, and Chains of Love undoubtedly samples it in its intro - I don't know what sort of deal was made with Charli and her team, but... yeah, something's off. At face value, it would seem like Sky was indeed involved in more than what she's been credited for.
