And that growling, angry chorus doesn't sound like talking to me, that kind of thing goes to the likes of 911, not this banger. I'm fine, Ta

The vocals on that song (and the album in general) are insanely impressive, but I also don’t think they were trying to drag it as much as they weren’t describing how they felt about it that precisely lol We have forgotten our public MANNERS

That's awesome. Question for you then purely out of interest, what would you consider to be the top 5 hardest Gaga songs to sing? Tbf it’s bc she sings like him, too. The beast also does sound like him 100% but I think it has a few less specific MJ hallmarks—soam has those descending runs, the quick, cutting cadence, harmonies sound similar to his, ad libs, etc. She sings like him on the beast, too, but has a little more of her Meatloaf-y Gagaisms to distinguish it the beast sounds more an homage the same way black jesus does imo However kill for love I think actually sounds the absolute most like his stuff since it damn near cribs thriller’s intro (great song though) Edited yesterday at 12:24 AM by Ziggy

This is all subjective and about my perception of "exciting". You're still taking it negatively. I also wasn't talking about the whole song, as the thread is about her most exciting chorus. The chorus is rocking and vocally it's great but it's more vibey and feels almost laid back vocally (even if it isn't...) When I think of most exciting I'd probably choose something anthemic with intense, uplifting vocals like TEOG, VIY, Hair etc. again, it's not a criticism. It's the intentional style of the song to not be like that and it's probably in my top 15. I do find the song exciting. Again it's subjective, so I'm going to leave it there Edited yesterday at 12:32 AM by dynamite Like a poem said by a neydy in red

I believe the era was intended to start not long after but things changed and Disease was chosen instead and well... Bc she wanted to tease new music coming without revealing any potential singles tbh the era was designed to start around joker. No way no how was it any other way given how orchestrated that was. It was super clear they wanted that movie to be the big buzzy springboard for her new era and instead it nearly tanked it so thank god the music was good lmfao
