It’ll be 25 years old next year. The movies are NOT that recent - you’re just older than you want to admit 40 is the new 20. These kids will get so much hate sent their way by old fägs. I hope their parents never let them get on social media. Edited May 28 by A Fried Egg
hELXIG 42,854
Is it just me or do they look very.. American? Also why do they refuse to give Hermione frizzy, bushy hair? I don't really care about this series at all but I'm just curious Edited May 28 by hELXIG I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

Bebe 17,064
Loved Harry Potter and best wishes to these kids but I cannot watch and support this show while the author attacks a section of my community every day on social media. I know we love the books, I REALLY do, but I wish we had more solidarity as a community considering everything our trans brothers and sisters did to secure our rights.

No but genuinely you can - we all loved Harry Potter, I myself read each book at least three times, but as long as we have a transphobe alive and profiting from this series I cannot support it in good conscience. This sets a precedent. Either we shrug at transphobia over one TV show, out of a choice of thousands of forms of entertainment, or we say we don’t stand for transphobia and send a message that our media needs to respect trans folk before they earn our viewership. The media wins the minds of the population, and right now the trans women and men that faced imprisonment and death fighting for our rights deserve at the VERY LEAST our support in boycotting one television show, even if that’s inconvenient for those who have nostalgia for our childhood. 1

nATAH 47,434
trans lives matter way more than some silly stupid children's franchise this is FICTION, the trans people who are bullied, rejected, ignored and killed are NOT if you so desperately can't let go of your mediocre wizard fantasy, at least have the decency to pirate the show mother, what must i do?
