So not only did they give each other point, but somehow they won the challenge, and also the joint lipsync win after that lacklustre performance

That lipsync was so boring, predictable and monotone. Jorgeous doing the most as usual and MIB doing the same two moves as usual. A double win like we had just witness a Monet vs Bob the drag queen kind of level of talent. Meh.

The challenge was cute, but nothing more. They had to do anything to bring MIB and Jorgeous to the semifinals and they're doing it.

It was a fun episode, but for some reason I am just not vibing with this group nearly as much as the first lol. The challenge was decent, the runways were fantastic. The best Tina has ever looked, perhaps. A very beautiful gown. 

I think Jorgeous was the obvious winner in the challenge but 2nd top spot was very up in the air, if anything I wish they gave it to Kerri or Tina for the drama bc they both did good. 

I wish the girls weren't so.. scared? timid? to Mistress lol like stand up!! but she's facilitating the drama and giving the people what they want so she's werking.

Surprised Tina wasn't in the top two, her roast was the best??
MIB's delivery was very good, but the roast itself was just ok, imo.

I find jorgeous doesn’t even really lip sync and so that alone annoys me. She does the most to avoid showing her face and also never gives anything in the face and if Ru didn’t personally like her as much as she did jorgeous would have been told this by now. She’s a GREAT dancer but lip syncer? Not really. It’s basically never connected to the song

Honestly I think Nicole should be getting more but they bring the old queens back for the sake of it and viewership but never genuinely give them a shot at the crown bc they’re not presently as popular. It’s kind of annoying bc tbh Nicole ate the rap roast

She's either dead in the face (like the original singer is SCREAMING and Jorgeous lipsyncs with a "normal" face) or covering her mouth because she doesn't know the words.

Like, I don't want to hate her but the double standards are annoying.

Omg someone pleeeeeeease do some point trickery again that keeps mistress out the top 3  love her and the drama she’s stirring, but for the storyline seeing these shenanigans being fired back in her direction which then keeps her out the top spot would be so good

Kylie Sonique Love was a season 2 girl that won.

The hard truth is: While Nicole Paige Brooks is at least very charismatic and entertaining, Phoenix is just very boring and not good for TV. And both of their drag is just not on the level of the younger queens

To add salt to this challenge - it seems like all the lyrics were written at pre-shooting phase (from drag race reddit info). The outfit, the makeup, the choreo sits well, but the core of the challenge was literally predetermined.

Yeah but idk drag is about more than looks bc at least Nicole is instantly more memorably than about half of the people that walked through the show last season. I think they need to account for that more bc idk I like Nicole’s drag. Sure it isn’t as smooth and huge as the other girls visually but wow does she have more star quality that shines through it. And the whole thing is about that acronym

I mean that would explain giving the win to mistress and jorgeous who weren’t the worst but I wouldn’t say we’re collectively the best either lol I agree with Michelle’s critique of jorgeous about dancing too much and not performing *the song* and mistress’s for all the bragging before was a little lost in the middle which, for 6 girls, is kinda crazy lmfao.

imo:

- Nicole had a great roast and performed best

- Tina too many lyrics

- mistress, said

- jorgeous, said but probably second for the brief of the challenge I guess 

- Lydia, like mistress just kinda there imo and I agree she didn’t sell it like Michelle said but I think that’s a general thing I think about her lip syncs. 

- Kerri, couldn’t understand the digs exactly BUT that’s bc she performed so fluidly and it didn’t have the names so it became hard to pick certain words out amidst the really really great flow of the performance.

Exactly. And it’s idk just a little sad to see she knows she’s Ru’s favorite so doesn’t have to work to serve it as hard for her. I appreciate Michelle kinda poking through it a little but it’s just one of those generally annoying double standards bc she’s an incredibly capable dancer but we need to be real, she’s not a great lip syncer but she could improve if you told her and held her to do it!

Having lyrics, jokes pre written pre competition should be fine. Its like getting your outfits made by a designer. Not everyone can spit bars or spew jokes at the drop of a hat. 🤷‍♂️

I think its more about performing, and adapting and how you present it to the judges on the main stage.
