Honestly this is exactly what I have been thinking for a while now. The black hair last night helped solidify it for me. She’s going back to herself at the very core and embracing all of the trauma because she has finally processed it and healed from it.

I think she implied last night that she's moved past the pain and doesn't need to revisit it. I think the next era will be completely different, thematically, than her last three albums.
