By being honest. It would feel so fresh to hear her say: I can't release Act II, and never will, because of legal stuff. That's the minimum she could do right now. Her and her team had 10 years of knowing this day would come, and they still did nothing

And I'm so sorry for who designed this anniversary merch, but It looks like they have never heard of this album or era at all. Doesn't she have at least one unreleased picture from the booklet photoshoot? You could think an album about ART and POP music would have some creative merch designs, but not really. There are some cool shirts, but overall it feels disconnected to the original era and aesthethic. 

 

Also, 50€ for a plastic bottle  that one shoul've stayed in the drafts.

I think it’ll die down by itself. If the 10th anniversary doesn’t give Act II, nothing ever will. That being said, the monster fan base won’t forget this and I think it could hurt her brand in the future. Best thing to do is tweet confirmation that there is no new music.
