All I have to say is plant flowers along paths and plant a lot of trees and hope that one day you'll see a Jacob's Ladder growing in your town and that Isabelle tells you that everybody loves the town. Oh okay!! :) I was gonna wait with the planting flowers and trees until I have more public projects done, and my houses upgraded and everything since I want the layout of the trees and flowers to blend in nicely with the rest of the town.
