I think they only have reviews up for the products that haven't been revamped: the lip oil and the brow pencil.

And the le monster lip crayons

I googled “clean makeup” and it seems like this is an actual category of makeup thar is gaining steam. There are several lists of standards from different companies outlining which ingredients must be excluded in order to count as “clean” and the “Clean by Sephora” designation is one of them.  None of the other celebrity brands define themselves as “clean” although they may have individual products that may qualify. But it sounds like the entire HL brand will be stamped with the “Clean by Sephora”‘confirmation. So it’s smart of her to move into this space that’s growing right now and being one of the first, if not the first, celebrity beauty brands to define themselves as a “clean makeup” brand. This should both attract people who already seek out clean makeup as well as maybe convert her own fans.
what did the monster lip crayons used to cost? Now they are $29 Canadian each and that sounds more expensive that it used to be.

i am all for "clean makeup"

but i think the issue with haus labs wasnt the sustainability aspect and more so the quality aspect of the products and tbh these dont seem like groundbreaking. i think gaga should focus more on music and film and less on this cash cow, since shes already worth 350 mil

I love the idea and feel like they are targeting a broader market. i think it's such a good idea to go for natural products

I don't think she puts that much time into HL tbh. She's basically just the face of the brand, isn't she? Pop into the studio for some promo shots every once in a while and let them use her twitter for advertisement.

Idk if anything changed since they left Amazon though since I don't follow HL :bear:

I don't wear makeup, and even I heard amazing things about that liquid liner. Even profesional makeup artists raved about it. That would be a huge mistake to not carry it over to the "new brand".

The eye paint looks cool but I miss the glam attacks:messga:  and what with the prices!?! Thats just crazy to charge 40 for a kylie lookalike highlighter and 25 for a tube of liquid eye shadow. :partysick:

One thing that's kinda bothering me is the pictures of the products are a lil boring. I think they could make it look more exciting and artistic, like set the little tubes out like paint or something

Like this kind of thing but with makeup brushes and the pigment paint tubes:

I’m late, but I hate how the body paints the swatches are ridiculously photoshopped and edited. I never trust those and it’s deceiving. I know editing is commonplace but come on. I commented on Instagram about live swatches and Haus Labs said “soon”.

I think I’m gonna wait until I start seeing actual reviews too, before I buy. I’ve been burned by haus labs hype in the past

You can see some of them in action here, although briefly:

I'm curious to see how they apply. For that price, they better be magic.
