Blown Away

I liked some songs from her debut (the singles + Girls Fall Like Dominoes), second album (the singles + Masquerade, Whip It and Automatic), the majority of her third album and one song from her fourth album (Chun-Li)

But I never stanned the woman. She was cool at first, but quickly got annoying and chart obsessed.

They shipped it, but it got shipped back

I liked her poppier songs back in the day. Now I don’t support her, but if a friend puts on her music, I bop to it.

I was kinda obsessed with her during her “Pink Friday/Roman Reloaded” days. She was very fun to watch, i loved her music videos and her songs were bops imo. I was in love with High School, this song is that bitch idc idc.

but since then I haven’t followed her a lot tbh. and now… I mean, sorry, but no.

I was the same way. I was a big fan during the Pink Friday/Roman Reloaded eras. Then around the time Pinkprint came out and especially Queen her attitude just shot straight downhill to the point where she’s come across as condescending and outright arrogant about everything. Apple Music updated Pink Friday and Roman Reloaded to Dolby Atmos so that’s nice…but nope I can’t follow her anymore.

I still support her. You all can be pressed but I’m going to be unbothered.

So unbothered you felt the need to tell everyone.

She was fresh and talented, I didn't stan but liked her music. Queen was when I kinda got bored of her music and antics.

No, I've never liked her. I listened to Super Bass a couple times and the RedOne songs on her next album cuz I was curious about them but she was always this annoying pop rapper girl I avoided listening to.

I used to be a huge Nicki fan (pull up in the Sri Lanka). I think around the Queen era I started to disengage. I enjoyed the music, but the whole era was messy. I even bought tickets for that cancelled tour.

Her music was a big part of my life for many years, but I just feel like I don't really vibe as hard with her newer stuff. I also have side eyed a lot of her personal choices, which also makes it harder to want to support her.

I was never a stan, but I definitely was into a lot of her music during Pink Friday - Pinkprint so like 2010-2015, maybe a little before when she had her features and singles.

But she lost her damn mind when Cardi got more famous with Bodak Yellow (2017) and Nicki just started getting messier and messier. I was interested in her Queen album and enjoyed a bit but the ego trip / Kanye behavior is so reductive. Later learning of her homophobic views really turned me off so she can disappear as far as I'm concerned. Sad because I do think she's really talented and has a lovely rags to riches story. I'd rather hear her incorporate her life story into her songs (Pinkprint) versus rapping about her being the best or how her pu**y is the best... :bear:

Pink Friday and Roman reloaded were two of my Fave albums. Me and my mom went CRAZY for her and even saw her on the Femme Fatale tour. Still love the two albums but me and my mom both definitely stopped liking her after she started getting super super egotistical and stopped enjoying her after she started getting really problematic with the 6ix9ine stuff
