Then, COVID-19 hit. Now, according to a lawsuit filed on Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, she’s threatening to walk away from the big tour unless she’s given a majority share and complete creative control in relaunching the group. The complaint comes from Robin Antin, who founded The Pussycat Dolls. Nicole Scherzinger “now refuses to participate in the tour,” states the complaint, adding she “demanded to renegotiate the terms of the MOU.” According to the complaint, Scherzinger now wants to be a 75 percent owner with final decision-making authority, and she’s refusing to participate in the reunion tour unless she gets what she wants. (the profits from all exploitations of the PCD Brand and New Gen PCD, and from all materials owned or controlled by PCD, Inc. and all enterprises related to the PCD Brand, including, without limitation, any PCD Brand fitness or dance studios that make any use of the Pussycat Dolls name or the good will or any other asset of PCD, Inc. or the PCD Brand with the exception of the existing Playground on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles (“Playground”), provided that Playground uses the PCD Brand) The profit split of net profits arising from any Original PCD Tour ticket sales: 32.5% Nicole Scherzinger 20% Robin Antin 12.5% Ashley Roberts 12.5% Jessica Sutta 12.5% Kimberly Wyatt 5% Carmit Bachar 5% PCD INC Robin wants to launch Pussycat Dolls new generation PCD (Robin Antin) received $600,000.00 from Live Nation in 2017.
