Wow, let me put you in my shoes, so if some news PSed a pic about a black guy holding a sign saying Black lives > White Lives, it's an OK thing to do since it's just a "visual aid" about BLM movement and for the good cause?

This is double standarded at best.

You using PS to mean "photoshop" is very annoying, first of all, and second of all you are continuing to approach this issue from the misleading angle that the United States via Morgan Ortagus was attempting to genuinely convince the public that "made with slave labor" is the translation of the Chinese- which is very obviously not the case at all. Third of all, you're continuing to approach misleadingly assert that the intent of the U.S Embassy and of Morgan Ortagus was to deceive, which it clearly was not. It's not being presented or defended as a visual aid re: translation information, but as a visual aid re: making a statement (Chinese human rights abuses, to be specific)

First of all, how I used my spelling is not something you have right to say as long as it's not offensive, so mind your own business, please.

Second of all, I merely mentioned the fact they photoshoped a pic, no? And it did discredit China (no matter it's true or not, fake something negative is always a discredition), no?

Third of all, no matter what's their intention, by using a fake pic, it's a misleading action, no? It depends on whether people will be stupid enough to believe that, which I believe people nowadays can be that stupid since many people believe Trump's bs or 5G can kill people etc. It maybe represents as making a statement by your POV, but maybe not by some others, don't you agree?

I am not defending China, but who are the people profiting off of that labor?

If you mean normal labor, you know it's the companies profits from labor, it's capitalism.

If you mean forced labor, I don't see any forced labor, as I personally took several business trips to XinJiang, and some travel as well.

I study journalism but quit being a journalist after few years because I think in China being a journalist is pointless, and some values of the government goes against my personal values.

So as someone criticize much about my own country, I don't see nor believe there is forced labor issue to begin with.

Yeah that's what I meant. It's American (and other countries') companies that are facilitating it
