I cried on first listen The only song off Chromatica I skip is 911 (which I know is a super unpopular opinion) but I don't necessarily think it's bad and I'm happy everyone else loves it! As soon as I hear “IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!” my windows shatter and I turn my system off. That said, she oversings 80 percent of the album...sorry not sorry... No metaphor to dissect, no reference to follow, no big idea being conveyed that isn't just plainly stated. There's no flavor in it. It doesn't feel like a post-Fame Lady Gaga lyric She's spoiled us with lyrical rollercoasters for years and even throughout Chromatica just to hand us the "in the morning buy me eggs" heartbreak edition when discussing pain That's my only critique of it though. Doing a tantrum and acting childish and in the second verse imagine some ARTPOP stalker twink or james charles with pullimg backstreet boys being extra dramatic. It was a skip, its kinda not now.
