Mr. S said on ATRL the song reminded him of The One That Got Away/Unconditionally. So, I’m curious how this performs as it looks like she’s stepping away from the CTTR/NRO sound.

I just think people thinking Stupid Love flopped really should lower their standard because it actually didn't flop at all. A Shallow kind of performance in charts if very unlikely to happen again for Lady Gaga (at least not on a solo single on a solo project). 

Stupid Love performance is kind of great in both charts and radios knowing the song leaked one month before being out officially and knowing she put all of her era on hold.
