Yes it is her best. I wish people would admire the the deeper cuts like "Intervention", "Nothing Fails" and "X-Static Process". There are also some stellar demos from that era

This one deserves a mention too.

It's one of my least favorite Madonna albums. The only superior tracks on this album are Love Profusion, Nothing Fails, Nobody Knows Ne, XStatic Process, and Easy Ride. The rest are bland and forgettable. Its ranked as 13 out 14 in my Madonna rankings. Soft Candy is last.

this one and "Is This Love (Bon D'Accord) are not confirmed to come from the AL Era, they may also be from the scrapped musical she began to work on immediately after AL. Although personally, I think The Game fits AL more.

And both are stunning.

I love it, but girl, definitely not her best album. Ray Of Light, Music and Confessions crush it. Ray Of Light remains one my favourite albums of all time, it's a whole experience/ journey.

Kind regards

Extremely underrated. It was way ahead of its time.

Absolutely in her top 3.

She released this video in 2003. She was fearless without a doubt. They banned it in America cause she showed 'em, how ****ed up sometimes that nation. The music video itself is grammy worthy, unfortunately they didn't appreciate her art. Same Story with Erotica and Sex book, or Bedtime Stories.

But she said, the most controversial thing she did is: to stick around.

No. Ray of Light is number 1, closely followed by Confessions on a Dance Floor. End of discussion.

Also I'm pretty sure she said that Ray of Light is her favorite.

I'm not a huge fan of American Life. It just never clicked for me like Music or Confessions on a dance floor. And I flash back to all the **** Madonna got during the actual era. People wanna talk about Gaga having messy eras but American Life was something else.
