LastNight 5,935
Perhaps production of the physical albums is now delayed and they can’t honour the original shipping dates, so they’re refunding and will give people the option to repurchase with an unknown shipping/delivery date. They can’t just assume the customer will be ok with not knowing when something they’ve paid for will be ready, so it’a probably best to give people the choice. I’m sure most fans wouldn’t actually mind the delivery dates changing if the album is still going to be released the same day, we’ll be streaming it or buying digital versions of the album after all; the physical versions are more like the cherry on top. I know I only buy the physical copies because I like to own them, not because I listen to the music that way, so it wouldn’t bother me if it’s a few more weeks until I receive it. I think it’s for the best to allow people to make that choice for themselves though.
Guest ARTPOPSlays
Wow y’all jump to conclusions real quick Just take a deep breath and stay positive guys. I’m sure it was just a glitch, or maybe the fact that the factory has been shut down. She’s not going to postpone the album. Knowing Gaga and her goal with this music, it’s the perfect opportunity to release. Make people happy during these crazy times. Just stay calm guys and keep positive thoughts. Your just freaking yourselves out

Cookie Tookie 10,546
If you live in the US and you order from the UK store, this is common. It’s happened to me before where my order was randomly cancelled and I was refunded without an explanation
xSilver 279
I'm from Spain and got my refund too. I ordered some merch in both official stores (US and UK) and got the refund from my UK order. I ordered a deluxe physical copy. Just info, I'm about to have a mental breakdown.
