Physical shipments might be delayed due to transit delays/postponements in certain parts of the world, but I wouldn't think any record label would be refunding. People are in their houses and can't go out. Here in Spain we'll be in quarantine for at least 2 weeks (I'm sure it will be more) and trust me, these weeks are going to be soooo boring. People will listen more music, stream more movies, etc. Yeah, of course it will affect the physical copies and it's distribution, but we're in 2020, streaming is the most used way to listen music. Nobody buys physical albums, except for the fans, so even if the physical copies get delayed, the fans will buy it anyway when it goes on sale. I know that the trend of buying vinyls has grown in the past years, but most people still consume music via streaming. And I reiterate: physical copies are bought by fans mostly, so even if the physical copies and vinyls are delayed, they'll still buy it in the future.
