Chromatica being refunded

There's no possible excuse to not release the album at least in digital. It doesn't make sense to delay it when this whole situation can be even worse in a matter of months.

If she doesn't release the album, I'll be very disappointed

So, these seem to all be physical editions of the album. Again, that all makes sense.

She should only postpone the album if other artists are doing it. There's no reason for Gaga to be the only artist to do it.

The 500,000,000 people who subscribe to some type of streaming service that pay $9.99 a month for any song or album they need. This idea that the album will be postponed continues to be ridiculously dumb and misguided. It’s not like everyone is canceling their Apple Music & Spotify services right now. The album won’t be delayed. Also, target/amazon haven’t issued refunds. It’s probably the store itself and no workers being there to ship the copies. And for the people saying this will affect her chart position, 1 who cares and 2 it won’t. If it’s only available on streaming services CLEARLY it will get streamed more than usual. And all the digital sales and TEA also affect charts still. Not to mention the existing pre-orders, tour bundles, and merch bundles, Amazon, Target, etc will all count on the first tracking week. This album is not getting canceled. Let’s get back to the anticipation.

The problem with this is that if the album gets only a digital release then there is a 0% chance that it will leak  There will be no physical copies to steal from stores.

I was specifically talking about people going out and buying PHYSICAL albums in this current period where many can't work or are self-isolating or are on lockdown etc. Things are getting worse by the day.

I wasn't including streaming in that. Streaming will be fine. I know this. 

That is why in my opinion a delay of the physical release by a few weeks maybe would make sense and to allow for a smoother release of all formats. Without potentially affecting several hundred thousand copies.

Though I'm no expert, this is just what feels right in my head. None of us know better than her team anyway so.

I REALLY HOPE THIS IS JUST A BUG! I mean, it's not like albums can get corona, also speaking of which, I hope the Chromatica Ball doesn't get cancelled/pushed back too. I'm not trying to offend anyone with the coronavirus thing, I am just worried about both the Chromatica Ball and the rest of Enigma/Jazz And Piano.

Well we won't know 100% until Gaga says so... but I can't see why they would cancel or delay the album.    the tour, maybe... but not the album

and it seems to just be the physical albums, nobody has been refunded for the digital album
