I saw someone say he knew details of tracks weeks before release. How would he get this info? 

If it's so easy to get access to this information, why don't we have a dozen 'just-as-reliable' insiders who could all corroborate the information?

I just don't have words, this person (although it is difficult to call him a person) just like that, without explaining why nothing will come out 20/21, because it was he who promised and concocted this date, once again concocted a new date???? If I don't recall bad, he never announced something weeks before it happened, he always gets dates when they are days apart, a week as maximum

We actually do. There's a user named Speakerphone (or something like that) on Popjustice who also occasionally reveals stuff. A few years ago there was this guy named jeff who was just a regular guy on Twitter that would post about sports and stuff and would also sometimes reveal release dates (I don't think he's active anymore).

What they all have in common is that they are never teasing and post anything mysterious. They just occasionally reveal small bits of info without looking for attention. 

Mr. S is reliable. Even if the single doesn't come on the 28th, he will still be reliable and it would only mean that Gaga's team have changed their minds again.

Lol, I read the comments and just marvel at the credulity of people. It is also protected. God grant that Gaga doesn't release anything every new week, that this animal comes up with a new date every new week. The only thing that is offensive is that it is his fault that Gaga is offended. That's beside the point. The point is that she announced something and then it didn't happen. Which is why it shouldn't come as surprise that this song is being delayed.
