Law says if employee's primary function is to bring revenue to the company , they must be classified as employees.... The effectively wipes out the entire self employed segment and adds an already high cost of business in California … UP side … ?????? more taxable revenue for the state … Down side … pretty obviously benefit big corporations who don't use said contractors to keep operating expenses down …. How does the law help anybody but legislators ….. (see the big stink of 1858) like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still.
