Totally. I know somebody with HPD and they are completely awful to everyone around them and it causes serious harm to their ability to function as an adult with healthy relationships. They are toxic and generally terrible. (Not saying everyone with HPD is like them, though.) I don't think the criteria fit Gaga at all tbh, particularly being self-centered, easily influenced by others, and not being able to back up her opinions. She does a lot for others, seems to know herself really well (and value that quality) and is very articulate and knowledgable about issues. Also she's figured our her trauma and health problems, been to therapy, and matured/healed mentally and emotionally and some of her behavior has changed. If you're going to be a psychologist, I strongly advise you to not overthink everything, otherwise all your patients will be seriously troubled with extreme diagnosis Plus, some fans should really stop believing you "know" Gaga. You don't. You see a persona, her stage, her career. You don't know her behind the cameras, backstage, when she's at home and the world is not watching her. Her true personality is beyond your reach. And I really am aware of the fact that she sure is somehow different off-camera and publicity. And I'm not meaning that she is fake on stage or interviews or anything, not at all, vice versa.
