I think Gaga is at a point in her career where she would like to complete an era before jump starting a new one or take away from the final moments of the era. Plus, unless she pulls a Beyonce or does what Taylor Swift did for her last album (no interviews/just drop), she's going to want a little time to promote L6 even if it is a surprise drop. And I don't think her current break from Enigma is enough time to wrap up the ASIB era, rest, and release/promote. I think she'll drop new music either in June/July, during the next Enigma break, or November. I remember reading this article in Rolling Stone ages ago, and She may also pick up another acting role, to capitalize on the buzz from the Oscars and the end of the ASIB era while she is on break from Enigma imo, and then drop L6 right when Enigma ends.
