That's what great about Lady Gaga as a performer, no matter if shes swinging her hips back and forth, gyrating on a mechanical whatever, does intense choreo singing with the backing track, or just standing there walking around the stage singing jazz or acoustic versions, shes giving it 110%. Enigma may have more theatrics and props and eye candy, but the jazz show is a much more vocal pleaser for those who want to hear her SANG those songs, and SANG she does, lol. I feel like she could’ve easily put a lot more effort into Enigma to make it a proper pop spectacle while Jazz & Piano feels... accomplished. In terms of actual prep Enigma obviously wins though. Mirages 20,259 Posted January 21, 2019 Share Posted January 21, 2019 Obviously she had to put more effort in Enigma with stage design, choreography, interludes, etc. But when it comes to vocal effort definitely Jazz and Piano she signs from her heart and it's amazing if I had to choose a show to go to I'd easily go see JP over Enigma. andy232000 12,180 Posted January 21, 2019 Share Posted January 21, 2019 NNNNN she split her effort into both and didnt quite accomplish full potential in neither, BUT she has a ton of time to really build and tweak the shows so they become even better than they already are. I hope she adds more of her songs to the jazz set or maybe even debut her own original jazz songs. That said, obviously enigma needed more preparation/caution/time considering its more mechanical, involves more tech and lights and such. Id say, same effort, different time consumption.
